Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!

Once again, the worst experience received from a Netcare facility!!!

I went to Medicross Boksburg yesterday after my daughter fell at school and cut her eye lid open.

First there was 1 receptionist helping and there was a que.

After I was assisted I went to the nurses station where I was told to go sit in the room.

I asked the front desk lady if she can arrange something for pain where I was just given a simple yes answer and never received something for pain.

Latet on I again asked a nurse for something for pain and she said the doctor needs to give medication!!! Surely she can phone and asked what she can give. This I know because I used to for at medicross as well!!!

We have waited over an hour just to be assisted. The nurse asked my 6year old daughter on a scale of 1 to 10 how is the pain. I mean how on earth is she suppose to know this!!!

This cost me R1000!!!!! ? ? ? ?

For what???????? They charged me R400 for consultation, the dr came put stitches and wrote a script for ointment, that's that nothing else!!!!!!!!

Netcare is busy going backwards and the claims they charge is exploiting people!!!!!
