WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I went to consult DR GJ Dekker on Monday 28 August 2017, at 13:30. We discussed the fact that I had an operation last year (2016), for my stomach ulcer which burst, and I just want to make 100% sure, that everything is still ok.

But to do that, I need a referral letter from Dr GJ Dekker, as I need to go for an Endoscopy (swallow a camera).

After consulting Dr GJ Dekker, I decided I would like him to refer me (but he had already taken another patient in), so I asked the receptionist if she can please ask him to write me a referral letter to Steve Biko Hospital, and email it to me? She then had the cheek to tell me, she works with two Doctors…she doesn’t have time!? After, not greeting me when I came in for the appointment and not confirming my personal details (the last time I was there was in 2015-now I remember why…) I updated my own details on my file.

I work in an Optometric Practice, with three (3) Optometrists, so don’t tell me there is no time to get a referral letter from the Doctor for a patient!!! BULL-****IN-****!!!

Never in my life have I been treated like that at a Doctors consulting rooms.

I am truly disgusted with the way they treat their patients
