Worst service

On Monday we went to medicross monument kempton park, starting from the reception no service at all, all receptionists look at you as if u r lost....

I didn't have an appointment as my son woke up sick, got the around 1pm 22 May 2023

I was willing to wait for more than 2 hours, while we were waiting my son vomited no rushed to assist, I'm so disappointed 😞 😔 the receptionist with lots of make up said go the nurses room, did I know where the nurse's room is at? No I didn't know....

Nurse's room does he have a file with us...I'm like he has a file no assistant none what so ever

Dr attended us at 4:45pm
