Wasting my time

Just as same complaint of 7th January 2015. I also made an appointment for 15:00. I came there earlier at 14:20. At 15:30 i still did not see my dentist, yet my appointment time was 15:30. The dentist could not even bother coming out telling me how long it will still take (or send her person helping her). I asked reception how long it will take and was told they have no idea and i will just have to wait or go. Ok so i am being told to go, then i go. I was not prepared to sit there for who knows long because they cannot even tell me how long they estimate i still have to wait. I asked reception to get the dentist to phone me and that has not even happened. They do not care about you as a person. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! and how many people they can squash in for appointments. What is the point of appointments if they cannot stick to it. Why not just say, come when you want and we will see if we can help you since we do not know how to stick to appointments or apologize at least and show me that you care and tell me at least another 15min etc. I also have a life and things to do and i have my own business. I stick to my appointment times i give my clients. Looking for new dentist.
