Vredekloof Terrible Service

Please fix your receptionists at the Vredekloof branch , they are absolutely terrible. I spend almost an hour on hold and then they dropped my call twice today. I will be looking into switching doctors since everytime i want to get an appointment its a hassle just to get a working receptionist.
