Vredekloof Medicross POOR service

ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE FROM VREDEKLOOF!! I had an appointment with Dr. Marais for 16:45. I had been given permission to leave work early for this. I was there early as to make sure all goes well. When my time comes they call someone else in. I ended up waiting 40 Minutes before deciding to get up and leave. What is the point of making times if they can't stick to it?? Needless to say I now have to go and search for a doctor actually willing to see me.
