Very bad service Medicross Tokai

This morning I tried to call Medi Cross Tokai to renew a prescription, only to be told its Eid ( Not my problem) and they are short staffed ( Also n0t my problem)., so I must call the pharmacy who must send a script request to the doctor, who when he comes back this afternoon, will issue the script, which could take 48 hours. They will then send it back to the pharmacy, who will then send a delivery. By the time it gets here, I could be dead. Is this the sort of service I get as a patient of 40 years standing ? Is this the service we deserve for loyalty ? Thank God I don't need an ambulance ! WHO exactly do these people think they are, and what do they think they are doing ? I dont care about their "RULES" and what THEY want me to do. I am a patient, and they should be helping me, not I them. Is this health care ? No, it is not, Its a disgrace. I will not be going back to this place again after 40 years of loyalty. Never. Not after today.
