URGENT TEST RESULTS FEEDBACK REQUIRED DONE ON 5th APRIL DOCTOR DOES NOT GIVE US RESULTS DESPITE DAILY CALLS TO MEDICROSS RANDBURG

I have been calling everyday since the 11 April and leaving messages with the very rude and arrogant reception for the doctor to contact me to give me the results of my sons ultrasound and blood tests he was sent for on the 5 April. Today is the 18 April and I still have not had any of my messages returned. I have asked if I should make an appointment to come and get the results but the reception says no they will leave a message for the doctor. The reception attitude and tone is most atrocious. I do not even know if my messages are getting to the doctor. This is unacceptable treatment. Results of tests are critical to be reported on but clearly this medicross thinks its a joke.
