Unprofessional staff want me to pay

<p>I wrote a complaint about a month ago.</p> <p>Medicross staff in Rustenburg sent me a bill to pay. They submitted wrong codes to the medical thats why the medical aid failed to pay. It was negligence from their side because my medical pre approved the work that was done. </p> <p> </p> <p>After hours of phonecalls. The lady who was negligent at Medicross called me to apologise and promised she will sort it out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today DEBT COLLECTORS PHONED ME ! I will not pay a cent for staff's negligence !</p>
