Unprofessional Service

I used the Online Booking service, to book an appointment with a Dentist as i am experiencing some serious toothache, so needed an appointment ASAP. Amazingly, i saw a number of open times for the next day and promptly booked for 8:30am the next day. I then get the necessary Emails and SMS's telling me my booking is under consideration. I then proceeded to get a CONFIRMATION email and SMS saying the Booking was confirmed for 8:30am the next day. A couple hours later i get a call from MEDICROSS TOKAI saying that the Dentist i had booked for only gets in at 9:30am (Not much of an issue, i could wait the extra hour), hoever i was proceeded to be told that there actually ZERO bookings available and the only open times were in a few weeks. If you are going to offer these services, please do due diligence before implementing, as it is ****ing irritating to book a time, only to have it cancelled a few hours later. Now i will probably have to wait another day to organise an appointment with someone. Why offer something that doesn't work.
