Unprofessional Service

<p>I did some dental work 6 months ago at Medicross Rustenburg . Before doing my work i got authorisation from my medical aid. 6 months later the dentist sends me a bill saying I'm owing an outstanding balance. On calling the dentists account division the accounts lady told me that the medical aid was exhausted and failed to pay. I than called the medical aid to find out that they didnt pay because the lady kept submitting wrong details to the medical aid, so they didnt pay as she submitted wrong information twice, the third time she sent the correct information, the medical aid didn't pay because it was more than 4 months after. So to save herself she **** and said the funds are exhausted. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not pay a cent for your staff's unprofessional work ! I have dates, references and proof for all the above.</p>
