Unprofessional and disrespectfull

My wife had an appointment for 12:00 and had to wait an hour before dr. Jeffery at Walmer Medicross saw her. Is her time more important than mine? It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to have your customers wait for an hour!!! Perhaps I should send her a bill for my wasted time then maybe she will address her poor timekeeping and respect my time.
