Unnecessary waiting times at Randburg medicross

I'm at the randburg medicross currently, and have been waiting here for almost 2 hours. I'm meant to be seen by one Dr Dorman, who repeatedly makes her patients wait nearly 2 hours for her to get her act together. While she's a good doctor (when you actually get to see her) making her patients wait for her at a private facility is extremely unprofessional. Netcare loves to protect terrible staff and their incompetence so I won't be surprised if I get some useless response.
