Unkept Services from Medicross

I dont understand how Netcare can make us buy vouchers upfront only to be told that they won't cover what has been promised upfront.Damn I am so mad and need my money back.

Earlier in the year I bought two vouchers worth R470 each that allows me to see a doctor and get medication but lo and behold today I am told tha only the R380 voucher is accepted which by their interpretation is supposed to make me see the doctor but wont get me any medication since they don't have a pharmacy.
