Unfriendly, unwelcoming.rude receptionists

I received extremely unfriendly unwelcoming and rude treatment from the dental receptionists (2 of them) on 2 separate occasions (23 RD and 25 TH July) they didn't even look up from what they were doing. It was as if I was an annoyance, interrupting whatever they were doing. I watched them as they handled another patient and they were the same. However their demeanour changed when the other partner walked in from across the hall. He received a kings welcome..and he was just coming out of his surgery across the hall. On the second occasion I got the same treatment but this time I also got a question, again without looking at me....\Do you have funds?"in a derogatory tone. I have a nil balance on my account so this was uncalled for. 2 other families I referred to the dentist (who is very good) have also left because of this. Another 2 have told me they get the same treatment and find the 2 receptionists terrible. Someone needs to train them. I will no longer go there which is a pity as I am impressed with the dentist himself."""
