I queried an account that the was billed. Stelkor Stellenbosch (Medicross) never once contacted met to respond about my query about the bill. <br> <br> I finally managed to talk to the person in charge and they said they will get back to me on Monday with an answer. I subsequently got an threatening phone call from their lawyer who the slammed the phone down in my ear when I tried to explain the situation. I have settled the account but feel completely exploited as they are charging for a service that was not actually delivered.<br> <br> I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
