Turned away

<p>woke up with an extreme earache. Walked20 minutes to the Medicross on Rosemead Avenue in Kenilworth. When asking to see a doctor I was informed that I had to make a R250 cash copayment. I was unaware of this. Because I had to walk I did not take my wallet for safety reasons. I was then turned away and to,d there was nothing they could do. I have been attending this practice for over 20 years and this is how I get treated? Shocking!</p>
