Treatment from accounts dept at Medicross.

Just came home from Medicross. So upset. Had an outstanding R60 to pay but was unable to. Will only be able to pay tomorrow morning. Was blatantly refused treatment and the way the message was conveyed to me was so rude and cold. The fact that there is a new flu strain going around and i have all the symptoms. I couldn't even stand upright during our phone conversation. Im appalled at the level of professionalism from the accounts dept at Medicross. A litte short course on telephone etiquette will go a long way. You can pick up in a person's voice the way they treat you. Appalled is all i can say.
