Total Disgrace in Medicross

My daughter got asthma she had to get medical attention she went to Medicross Silverton yesterday 24 October and they informed her that there is amount outstanding that needs to be paid first before she can see any doctor or she must go to other doctor as they will not be able to help her. So no i want to know I only got and Inv. on the 11th October of the outstanding amount which I can only pay on payday how do they expect me to pay it in middle of the month. How come they could not just help her as asthma is life threatening and this could lead to serious problem. This is very bad service from Medicross Silverton
