Time wasters

<p>I have never been disappointment and angry at bad service from Medicross Sophiatown. Rushing to be early for your appointment (got the 5min before) and to sit for an hour and a half is totally unacceptable. Receptionist didn't even bother to inform of a delay or anything. I didn't even get an apology for such bad service. Wasted my time to get work done, am sorry but I have lost all respect for not being treated like a patient at this institution!</p>
