The staff shine at the berg

My son was so sick on Monday that we rushed to the berg in the hope of seeing a doctor urgently. On arrival the surgery was empty we were the last patients for the day and just then my son got sick and threw up all over my dress. Instead of disgust or disdain the reception staff all rushed to my aid. I had 3 receptionists cleaning up my dress and sanitising my outfit and an additional one moving my son and his dad into the nurses station. I offered to mop, they did so on my behalf kindly and graciously! I have never seen sooo much kindness and customer service ethic so close to home time in such a sticky situation in my life. The staff go above and beyond at the berg!
