Terrible unprofessional service

I have written an e-mail before that I am not happy with the pharmacy at medicross princess crossing in Roodepoort.

Again, I am totally frustrated with the poor service I received, yet again. All the new staff is really ****ing me off. That ticket system does not work.

Why the hell do I call in for medication to be pre-packed as I also work is retail, I work 12-14 hours a day without lunch. I am dead tired and drive very bad traffic, when I get to the pharmacy I wait how long in the queue where I have called in for it as I did the past decade and never ever had a problem, NEVER EVER... Now I have to wait how long just for it to be handed over to me, then I have to listen and see who the staff is so confused, everyone is asking each other what to do and all I want is my pre-packed meds to be handed over to me, I do not have time for this poor service anymore, I've had it. And it is not just me *****ing about this, other clients are also fed up. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been done with regards to this. I really feel sorry for L....... and R........ as well as the lady taking payments from clients.

This will be my last prescription with this pharmacy. A decade of amazing service now this....
