Terrible service at edenvale medicross

I went to the edenvale medicross on Saturday to see our doctor......I have about 3 doctors that know my family history as I ha e been going there for about 10 years. As I entered, the place was packed with all walk in patients. Only to find out all the doctors were fully booked and inbetween will be seeing the walkin patients. Why are the doctors taking appointment s on a Saturday knowing how busy a Saturday morning. I am waiting here for two hours and still in the que. This is so frustrating.....there isnt even a manager on duty today. Very bad service here. There is no one to complain to as I am told there is no manager on duty......sad they dont care about anything we have say.
