Terrible service and doctor lateness

Doctors have no respect for appointments and feel they can arrive late as they please. Poorly managed practice and front desk does not communicate properly. I was told very nonchalantly by Dr Dorman who arrived after 9 when the clinic started operating at 8 that ‘I should just go ahead and complain’.
