Terrible customer care service

I am appalled by the customer service at this Medical Facility.

You come to these doctors rooms feeling unwell and just want to be helped!

I get that doctors rooms can get busy but when you coming to just visit the nurses rooms for a drip, yet no one communicates well and just leaves you to be. MARIA is a lady with no customer care skills! SHE IS RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!

An elder woman comes in and asks for help, she doesn’t even approach her, she stands again the counter and just looks at her and tells her to put her sample somewhere doesn’t show her where , she has this abrupt and rude tone!

I have been awaiting g an hour just for a drip and I ask her how long it will take, she first tells me (very rude tone) I tell her I have been waiting for an hour already and she just cuts me off abruptly!!

Instead you apologise to the customer “Sorry we are really busy at the moment, we will help you as soon as you can”

The lady’s at the front desk are extremely rude, ignore the fact that you’re standing there. Make you wait 15-20 minutes to help you or even get your file!!

I HAVE BEEN ON THIS EARTH FAR LESS THEN WHAT THESE LADIES HAVE AND YET I KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH MANNERS AND RESPECT. I HAVE MORE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE THEN ANY OF THEM.

It is Appalling to see how these older woman treat customers !
