Terrable experience with stelkor doktors somerset

I went to stelkor doktors didnt have medical aid and the money to pay full cost so the nice Dok said he wil help me out... Lady at front desk said we need to pay something so long so we paid R300 - jully august i phoned them said our car broke i cant get to them to pay.... Without warning in beginning of September i got a call from their attorney saying i have been handed over! What! So i made arrangements with attorney and phoned the dokter saying i phoned you for aug now you hand me over the help desk lady was extremely rude and saying she doesnt know about arrangements gave me a ****ty attitude. For me saying you hand me over without warning........ :yea we tried phoning no one answered she said..... Ok so what about email! Or.... Trying again..... After a while the put up a notice on there site to cover their asses ad to what happened to me i will never ever go to them again if thats the way they treat you if they helped you out and throw it in your face! I have a angel Dokter that had gone the extra mile for me Dokter Teressa at checkers somerset.highly recommend her far over them
