Telephone just rings

Today 21 June 2021 at 13.15 - 13.38 I tried to call Medicross for an appointment with a dentist - no reply. the voice said you no 1 in the que ...then I call again then I am number 3 in the que until I put the phone down. This is pathetic. waste of time and money. Not sure if any body from the clinic at Princess crossing (Roodepoort) will reply.
