Steeling my money and not paying it back

I have been double charged for a consultation on the 15\08\2022 I have been to the offices numerous times in order for them to correct it they keep on saying the will pay back my money and the will send emails but with no luck I do feel like they have ****** my money and i will never see my money Medicross will never see me in my life again and if i do not hear anytything from them i will be seeing the medical board about this matter as i do not accept this at all
