Shoddy service @ Bemoni Medicross

Today I stood outside in the boiling sun for more than 20min, then stood inside waiting to get my file for my appt at 10h30.

I took off work to see the GP today due to my BP that is dangerously high. I couldn't consult with my GP due to the medical not paying an account months ago. Benoni Medicross has to date not sent me an account but demanded payment for the arrears and todays consult. The receptionist refused that I make arrangements to pay month end.

The receptionist was not concerned about what was wrong or why I was there .... she was unable to base her decision on any medical grounds as it is obvious she has no medical qualifications as she asked nothing medically, she didnt have my file to corroborate anything I could've told her.

The receptionists reasoning is that my GP cannot see me if I dont pay.

Should I have an MI or stroke I'll have no choice but to consult with Flowers and Vermaak attorneys
