Rude staff at Medicross Roodepoort.

Today 2025-08-15 at 11:35 I phoned to make an appointment for my wife that has an emergency, I was rudely informed that all the Doctors are full and that she can't be helped. I tried to explain the emergency then they drop the phone in your ear, phoned back to speak to the supervisor and then you are just placed on hold. I even asked so there is no way of any assistance and answer is no and the you as the pacient must stay calm. Hell no. I'll see you soon Medicross Roodepoort.
