Rude Receptionist

Called the Medicross Heiderand (Mossel Bay) at 9am this morning to see if they were open, was advised that they vlose at 10am. Got there just after 9.45, only to have who I assume was the receptionist, rudely shut the door in my face telling me it was already closed. I didn't get that lady's name, but she needs serious customer service training. I will definitely not be returning to that branch.
