road racial rant at medicross silverton

I am writing this complain with distress and complete heartache from the experience I've received from Medicross Silverton in pretoria. an incident happened on Wednesday 19th of February 2020 around 12 noon I was accompanying my mom to the doctors room as she was not feeling well .after being examined we were about to leave the premises we were standing by the pedestrian sideline waiting to commute public transport ,so the shuttle wrongfully so parks just a little front of the hospitals entrance .then the horrific moment happened a bakkie double cab whit in colour registration numberplate d BB1-1BB-GP driven by a middle aged white male ,comes speeding just as he crossed the traffic lights about to enter the hospital coming from the north direction ,visibility seeing the taxi where my mom was about to commute me standing at the back .he comes speeding like an insane manic climbing the pedestrian sidewalks trying to chase me and my mother off with his vehicle, standing there me and my mom in shook after this speeding rant we approach him to explain his behavior he r then rudely responded to us that we were standing in his '****ing way" without apologizing he walks into the medical centre with no remorse the nearly knocked off my very sick mom and me off with his car at your property after a confrontation and following him whilst he was hiding in one of the dental rooms hidden by your dental doctors he comes out and unremorsefully gives us attitude what aggerated me the most not one of the hospital's management came forward to us to solve this issue we had they turned a blind eye is it because we black that we were what seems as a racial rant and the management didn't come forward to us and ask what's wrong then one of the security men at the gate witnessed everything told us to go home after seeing what his seeing we were helped by one of the nurses who was scrubbing at the OR explained to us that the perpetrator is a sales rep for dental handgloves for your establishment so he was rushing to sell equipment just to chase us off am displeased with what happened because we didn't get a formal apology from this rant but instead got a blind eye if this matter isn't probably resolved and that the perpetrator isn't dealt with accordingly I will have to take matters up because my rights nd my moms rights were compressed at your premises
