********** - Paid twice to to get the correct Medication within 30 Hours

I went to see Dr Korras on Tuesday the 12 Dec 2018 a 11.45 am .

Within that consolation as was asked to do a blood test . And was advise to only use the scrip the next day after the results was confirmed. My illness is not a unknown one and early common . But i waited until i had a call from the Doctor the next day Thursday 13 th Dec with the results. I was told that if i does not clear he would be happy to give something more. With that being said , i stated to Google the symptom and what medication i should have . i felt that something is not correct. I called on Friday the Doctors room , no one answered the phones.

I then went there and was told that Dr Korrass was on leave would only be back on 27 th . I request to speak to another doctor as i had concerns regard the script that was given 30 hrs before. After explaining everything to Dr LeRoux, due to Korras not being there . was was correct as i was not given ALL the medicine on my original consultation the Tuesday. I was told that i would need to pay a fee again for speak to them . I told Le Roux it not my fault that i was given in adiquate Script 30 hours before . and only realize it on friday , 14 hours of starting my original script . Dr le Roux insisted i pay another fee .

I told him that its not my fault that Korras is on leave and can not add the medicinee the i should receive in the first place . I proceeded to Speak to Jean du Pleases whoo is the main Head Doctor , and biggest shareholder of the practice . Think he would under stand .

i put the fact to him ..

1 Koreas did not give all correct medication as i should have received. 2. 14 hours after i was told to go and get the meds , i realized some meds are missing . 3. As i Patient one go the Doc for assistance , Trusting that they know what they are doing . 4. As a patient the Docs leave has got nothing to do with me ,

5 Jean du Plessis could of used his digression and wave the second charge . As there is NO ground for charging me .

He Did not ...

So its ok to rip Patients off , shame on you Meldene clinic
