Ridiculous extra charge!

I had covid in 2021 and had a telephonic consultation with Dr. Sithole who prescribed me medication. I had to pay the consultation fee via eft, send POP before they would send me my script, which I was happy to do. I got my script and had a question so called in and had my question answered. It is now almost a year later and I get a call from lawyers saying I have been handed over for R240.00 consultation fee from Medicross Edenvale. I stated that this is impossible because I had to pay upfront before getting my script which I did, only to be told that they charged me R240.00 for the phone call I made when I had a query. I am absolutely shocked. They don't care about their patients, it is all about what they can get out of you. I completely understand that it is still a business and they need to make money, but I had already paid over R600 and then they charge me extra for less than 5min phone call which I made, I used my own airtime, it didn't cost them anything, it was less than 5min of their time for R240.00?!?!?! I will NEVER set foot in that building again or recommend them to anyone. I am now with a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and isn't trying to suck every cent out of them that he can.
