refusing to use jet thankyou card

Ii contacted medicross via email on the 10th of June 2015 enquiring if I could use my jets card for my daughter to see the doc as when taking out a jet card one if the benefits was I could use my card for doc and meds,anyways they sent me a mail back saying only a edcon card can be used, later the afternoon my husband phoned to find out about the jets card and let me know they take it, so today 11 june i phone to make an appointment and explain I will be using my jet card the women refused and said only Edgar's card, I phoned jet they said they are to use the jet card as its part of edcon,I phoned gezina medicross they are willing to use a jets card and say they can't refuse the card so my question what is Pretoria norths problem using my jet card, very unprofessional.
