Receptionists gone bad

<p>After many years of using benoni Medicross I experienced the most awful treatment ever today while trying to make my appointment. There are 3 new African ladies at the front desk that should be dealing with I'll people. I had the one lady staring at me and I repeated 14 times. Not even joking. 14 times that I was here for my 14.45 appointment with Dr Goosen. I had the one lady just leave until announced. Some other Lady with an attitude came and refused to help. I eventually had to grab a Manger and get her to helped as I wasn't getting any assistance. I don't think I have ever experienced such behaviour. However those ladies are at the front desk should really consider taking in people's manner when addressing others. There was no need for me to be treated so unfairly. Luckily poor Dr Goosen stepped in as I am a patient for many years since I was in school. I'm 30 years old now. Don't go here really.</p>
