Randburg Medicross is a nightmare

Made a booking online with one of the Doctors here. I phoned them 3 hours before the booking to confirm that the appointment. I was advised that the appointment is confirmed. I received a sms 2 hours before the appointment to say the appointment was cancelled. When I called again to check why the lady I spoke to said there is no booking for me and confirmed that there was someone else now booked in this slot. She then advised me that there were no other appointments available. When I advised her that I would be submitting a bad review for them she started shouting at me and telling me that I want to sabotage them, when I asked to speak to her manager she told me she had already left for the day and put the phone down in my ear. When I try to call back my call is being ignored. I had to take time off work to take my girlfriend to the doctor and now I have to take more time off and find another doctor to take her to.
