Spouse phoned for an appointment and was told the doctor can help us if we get there before 10am so we arrived around 9am. ****** old white receptionist takes one look at us and says they can't help. Justifying that we called was to no avail all while being looked at like some strange being. 2020 in South Africa and still ****** establishments. Wasted trip. GOOD FOR NOTHING. Had the exact same experience with the physio 2 months ago! Please someone investigate.
