Poorly treated

What is wrong at Boksburg Medicross......well let me tell you. Firstly the reception desk is a mess. There is this one guy. Once I ended up shouting at him because of his attitude.... secondly my complain is about a doctor. Dr Franscisco. My mothers' appointment was for 8 o clock sharp. So here is the thing, my mother is making use of a wheelchair and she was the first in line at the abovementioned doctors consulting room. Yet one of the front desk employees shuffed another patients' file in front of my mothers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU DO THAT??????????????????????????? DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE AT ALL???????????????????????????????? Then we eventually got to see Dr Franscisco. Doctor I tell you.....what a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not once have you looked up to have a word with my mother. Busy typing on yours computer..... what you were busy with I do not know, but patients comes first. My mother was actually there to see you about having some xrays done to see what the problem might be in her left leg/hip. It seemed that you did not care and when you called the other patients first....well that was when my mother decided that you will not be the appropriate doctor for medical care and advice. Further you have prescribed her thyroid meds in short. What were you thinking... my mom uses two dosages of thyroid meds. 50mg and 100mg and you only gave her 50mg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you took an oath: DO NO HARM. TO US IT SEEMED THAT YOU JUST WANTED TO RUSH YOURS PATIENTS AND GO HOME. And this is to the spokesperson or manager or whoever...I dont care who you are. Do not apologise to me over the phone and I will address this writing to Dr Coetsee. The doctor who really cares and takes time to consult with his patients was not on duty today 05.02.2022. all i have to say is...shame on you for treating patients the way you did. and for the guy at the front desk... Lad you better get the right attitude and do not roll your eyes when you get asked a question. i saw how you spoke to my mom. you never gave her feedback on the question that she had asked you. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! get some manners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not the first time that i encounter such attitude from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your job was your choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and one last question......WHEN IS MY MOTHER GOING TO GET HER OTHER THYROID SCRIPT FOR 100MG. She will not consult with a doctor and pay just to get a script. PLEASE RECTIFY ASAP AS SHE NEEDS HER MEDS
