Poor service

So I was here like a week ago @medicross rustenburg doctor prescribed meds and advised should I have a reaction I must come back, I was here like @ 8:00 and explained my situation to the clerk or receptionist she told me I must make an appointment....I mean the doctor has no patients as we speak,my arm is swollen I don't what's wrong I'm in so much pain..... while waiting for another doctor to be seen at 10:30....guess what I'm waiting in my car in this heat apparently I can't wait inside till my appointment time, I can't express how disappointed I am......won't recommend this place to anyone
