Poor service
<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a complaint:</p> <p>One of my clients, Mr. P. Steenkamp had to do a short medical report and bloods for insurance purposes. He had an appointment for Tuesday 23/05/2017 at 07:30 at Carlswald Medicross.</p> <p>I personally dropped off the forms a day prior and checked with the Sister (Sr. Jacky) that does this if all is in order. They assured me that it is and that the client would be helped.</p> <p>The morning of the appointment the client completed the file and suddenly the forms was missing. He had no idea what to do, Dr. Nozic assisted him with drawing the bloods and doing the short medical report.</p> <p>I spoke to Sarie about this matter and she also assured me that the client has been helped and all is good. I phoned the practice on Wednesday 24/05/2017 again to find out if all is in order and Thursday 25/05/2017 again and Sr. Jacky assured me that the bloods has been sent to Ampath Labs with the all the forms.</p> <p>Today 26/05/2017 15:05, I went to the practice myself just to double check as the system doesn't pick up on Liberty Life's side of any test. Just to receive a number from Sr. Jacky of Ampath.</p> <p>I phoned Ampath and Lancet just to make absolutely sure. No one has the clients bloods or any record!! Who slipped up on this matter and makes me look like a amature that I am not doing my job?</p> <p>I am very disappointed in the feedback and service that I and my client received from this practice, and won't recommend it at all to anyone.</p> <p>I have a file there and my daughter has been treated by Dr. Nozic. Good doctor but something is wrong with the system!</p> <p>Tried again to phone Sarie today. Not picking up and no reply!</p> <p>I see this as NO SERVICE AT ALL!</p> <p>The client will come to repeat bloods on Monday, with the forms which I will email to him over the weekend and I will drop off a copy myself at the practice over the weekend.
