Poor Service!!!

Very poor service!! Will not recommend Rustenburg MediCross. Its all about making money and not about treating the sick.

Paid a visit to Medicross on 13Dec with covid19 related symtoms. Consultated a doctor and was booked off until the 15th. Went for the test on the 13th As per doctor they will advise if they receive the results. On the 15th i have not heard a word from the office.

Likely i isolated and was advised by a friend to register online and i have reveived my results on 13th already. I tested positive and have small children and have a critical position where i am employed. As per his sick note i have to return back to work on the 16th!

Since when are doctors paid to write referal letters only and not to treat and diagnose the sick? No check up,no covid 19 medicine nor advice from a health professional?

This is unacceptable and will not recommend any person to use their services
