Poor, pathetic service and waiting for over an hour!

Been at Randburg Medicross with the doctor's appointment booked for 12h00. It's now 13h08 and still waiting for Dr L Celliers!! This is absolutely pathetic as I'm waiting with my sick mother and nothing is being done! There's hardly any patients and people have come and gone long after us!!
