POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDICROSS SPRINGS

On the 22 March 2022 , I went to Medicross Springs , the guy at reception asked if he can assist , so I said I have an appointment at 11H45 , so he requested my details , so I handed over my Medical Aid card , and informed that its KeyCare , he threw my card back at me saying they dont assist KEYCARE customers, they insisted from me to pay cash before assisting me . Eventually they assisted me and i saw the Dr , doctor gave me a script I went to Clicks inside Medicross Springs and lady assisting us there , very just as rude as the reception on doctors side , its like they hate being there .
