Poor Communication

I got an sms on the 31 October from a Mponeng Ntsi stating that my account is overdue by a certain amount.I tried numerous times to contact the number ********** 947 and it keep on giving me a message that the mailbox of the number I try calling is full.No one answered. I contacted Drienie Kotze who confirmed that the 010 number belongs to their head Office.

I am not impressed because I never received any email or telephonic notification other than the the one the 31 October 2018

I do not appreciate poor communication.
