Pathetic service Dr W Brackenfell Medicross WC

My wife had her annual blood screening test done on Wednesday 25 November 2020 at Medicross Brackenfell Western Cape. Dr W at that practice was the family and attending physician. On Friday my wife inquired about her blood test results by phone to the sister in charge. She was told that the blood results had come back but Dr W worked half day and had already left. Today is Wednesday a week later and still Dr W had not called her with her results and if needed, medical advice. This doctor prescribed double strength Pubac anti biotics for me that resulted in a terrible rash subsequent to my blood screening a week earlier. I had to pay a specialist at Mediclinic to treat the problem. My wife mentioned this to Dr W whom did not even have the decency to inquire. Dr W is the first dr I have come across who is nonchalant about an important aspect such as blood results in my 66 years experience with medical doctors. The normal and general standard is the following day or the day the results are received. However Dr W seems not to care not realising that it is a traumatic and anxious experience one goes through not really knowing the state of your health hence these annual blood screening test. Notwithstanding the various phone calls to the doctor's office for him to call her Dr W merely ignores these calls. I am seriously considering a formal complaint against Dr W with the Health Professional Council.
