Pathetic service

I called in to book an appointment for 10:45. I arrived at the centre at 10:30. It is after 12:00 and I am still waiting. No explanation or simply apology. What is the point of an appointment if you can’t keep the time or have the decency to excuse yourself for not being able to stick to the time? I am disgusted by it and this is certainly the last time I bother with this place...power of 10.
