Pathetic Receptionists!!!

Table View Medicross has the worst service by far! It is so unfortunate that this is not the first time I am experiencing an issue of this nature at the exact same place!

After walking in, you stand for a long time in a queue, waiting to be attended by a receptionist. They will make eye contact with you multiple times and when they decide to call you over, you tell them "I have a 10:00 appointment with Dr. X", they respond "I'm still busy ma'am". Then why did you call me over? When I come here I always make sure I book an appointment online. Even so, none of the receptionists are ever willing and friendly enough to assist us darker skinned patients. They literally run away to the back. However, a lighter skinned patient will walk in, and they will jump to assist.

Also, the forms are in Afrikaans!!! In this day and age? Really?! And I'm supposed to fill this in?! When one receptionist doesn't feel like assisting you, they serve you over to another and the tennis tournament begins until you throw a tantrum. The service here is very poor, it's quite disgusting! It may as well be a government clinic!
