Pathetic Money Making Scheme

The most pathetic, money making scheme I have ever had to deal with in my life. Didn't have enough funds on my medical aid, paid cash because of course you will never see a Dr without an upfront payment and then they still went to cleanup what was left of my savings.

2 years later I get a letter that I've been handed over to lawyers for non payment. No solid answer over the phone and absolutely pathetic staff who put me on hold and had a fat conversation while I hold.

Besides this, this practice will make you take blood tests any chance they get and you must just always pay more. Shocking!
