Pathetic Medicross Westering, Port Elizabeth

I am now about Medicross Westering in PE. This morning I had a real bad toothache. So I phoned early to make an appointment but could not make it due to my vehicle and they understood. Then the lady told me I have a R4000 outstanding account since 2019. That was when I last saw my dentist. Before Covid. So we made an arrangement to pay it off, and she was happy and put me through reception and said to book me in. So I got put through and they 15:30. I received 2 smses to confirm. When I got there they said they never added the appointment as they needed to clarify it with some guy called Malcolm. But you can see, either they are scared of him. Or they just hate him. Then no one got hold of malcolm and already I was 1 hour late for my appointment. So as I could not wait for malcolm and all the ****** staff working there because a friend took me. With Zero respect or anything. I said leave everything and I am left. And I shouted over my shoulder go read your HelloPeter review later. Well all u girls are ********* towards customers. Especially The one by the Billing department door. She know who she is.
